Exclamation Spoon Headgasket ?

Heyoooo

i have been looking to alternative place for power besides forced induction.

I have a good amount to start on 220.3
VAFC/Stock intake/Megan Header/Single 60mm Exhaust.

My header sucks...so Im going with J's or MAYBE BERK.

And Im doing some other little mods klike Fan switch/thermo/Hose

I was looking and reading on the J's website at this and supposedly it can help with like 2-4hp

what ya think everyone ??

Swaping out a head gasket can be a cost process. There is probably better money spent for 2-4hp IMHO

Its not that hard...when you have the manual and tools and a Master mechanic as a great friend you can DO it

I just hope my friend lets me break something, so at least I can learn

Doesn't he already have 4.57 rear gears? Also the Hondata Intake Manifold lowers the intake temp. but I haven't seen any charts that show HP improvement.

Damn, your making pretty good power already. I'm at 202whp with my mods, but I'm suffering major heat soak, so I'd go with the cooling mods. When we put a fan on the motor and dyno'd it again, I gained 5whp. The head gasket idea may give you a little bit more power, but I'd recommend gears if you don't already have them. They are the best mod that I've done to my car.
