Default Spoon Rigid Collars: alignment needed?

If I install the Spoon Rigid Collar subframe kit, is an alignment needed after?

Which is because you will inevitably be shifting where the subframe sits in relation to the rest of the car.

Yep, and not just the steering alignment. I would buy the Spoon Steering Rack Rigid Bushing Kit at the same time. RHDJapan had Spoon parts on sale this weekend(ends at 10AM CST today), they also have the lowest price on these parts if you buy them together(use Paypal at checkout). KamiSpeed and Evasive Motorsports have some of the lowest prices on Spoon parts in the US.

PS. I would also take a look at the Spoon Zero Bump Steer Kit Front if your car is lowered about 1" or more. This part will work with the steering rack collars too.

Does anyone know if I have to get the alignment done right after, or could I roll around a couple days without it?

+1. Its not going to throw alignment off so badly that you'll damage tires in a few days.
