So im assuming that since im running 255's on my AP2 rear that i would need a 5mm spacer on stock ap2v2's?

The extra 10mm of tire width is distributed on both sides, so theoretically a 10mm spacer would give you the same "flush" on a 255 tire as a 15mm spacer would give you on a 245 tire.

The problem there is that you need at least a 15mm spacer to get integrated studs. Most people generally just go with the thicker spacer and deal with the rubbing that results.
