Default Steering Wheel Covers

Ok, Ive searched There appears to be no mention that the steering wheel covers (generic ones you can buy from wal-mart) fit or dont fit on the s2K steering wheel. BEFORE you flame me able how s2k steering wheels look great blah blah: I love how it looks. I just hate how it feels. I have sweaty hands when I'm on a 'spirited' drive so I need some clothy material to soak up my sweat. I bought one from Walmart a few weeks ago, and the damned thing didnt fit The S2k steering wheel was too small So I'm wondering if it is indeed smaller or if I just bought a large cover, since no one mentions it in the search.

The s2000 wheel is definitely on the small end of the range(~350mm, IIRC). I know wheelskins makes something to fit our cars. Apart from that, you might look into getting someone like JPM to reupholster your wheel. That's pricey, though.

Cool. Thanks! Ill try search wheelskins.

--edit--

okay, the wheelskins site is WTF! haha, I was at work and when the site opened up I got a lot of cheering Anyway, It seems like they're selling leather stuff only. I like the feel of leather but sweaty hands are still slippery on leather. I need cloth type covers. Or I could spring for those driving gloves...heheh

I know people who can only drive with gloves. It's actually not that uncommon.

You might want to look on ebay and see if they sell specific covers for the s2k.

Thanks guys. Yeah, for the track I dont mind wearing gloves but in Hawaii when its friggin hot all the time + top down, gloves = bad . I checked on ebay. They have a fuzzy cover that claims to fit on s2k. seriously, a fuzzy cover?! lol x_x I might just go for a custom made black cloth one. I gotta see if my friends dad can hook me up.

IF anyone finds anything that fits my description please bump this back up!

I think the nicest way is just to get the wheel wrapped by JPM or something. You should look up their work they do quality work.
