Default StopTech BBK ST40

Hey Guys/Gals,

I came across a set of used StopTech BBK. They are the ST40, but its currently on an ITR. Will this set up fit the S2K? I googled ST40 and it seem that they used for a variety of Hondas. So is the ST40 kit universal to all hondas?

Thanks!

the ST40 caliper is used across many vehicles.

Youll need to check the rotor size. it should be 328x28mm to fit 17" wheels on the s2k.

And, the thing that is vehicle specific that will NOT fit the s2k are the mounting brackets. they are unique to each car.

The caliper is universal however the bracket is usually car specific so it is very unlikely that a kit for another car will just bolt onto the S2000. These kits are fairly reasonable new and having gone through rebuilding a BBK I can say that buying new is usually a better deal unless the used kit has very little use and everything works perfectly.

Yah. I contacted StopTech. It will cost ~ 1k to get all the appropriate (brackets, new top hat, etc) hardware for a proper s2k fit. With that it just better just to get it new ....
