Hey guys, I have been on the board for quite some time now since I owned a MY05 about a year ago. I just recently purchased a MY00 and was looking to do some suspension upgrades. I now am a junior in college and graduating in a year and a half. After school I plan on getting another car and setting the s2000 up for a tracked street car when i plan to buy some high end coilover systems (KW V3, tein src, etc. all about $2k +)

In the meantime I was thinking about running a spring/shock combo (spring of choice with Koni yellows) for about $900 or so. which WOULD be better than a low dollar coilover system, correct?

Do you guys think this is a good option since money is tighter now than it will be when a career comes around? Plus there are other things I would like to do on the car in the meantime.

Let me know guys! Im thinking Espleirs, H&R, Eibach...not sure. maybe 1" drop all around or so.
