TEIN - Flex with EDFC
-- here is an interesting discovery i made on my TEIN Flex with EDFC installation that i'd thought i'd share in hopes of getting some feedback
-- the damper rods on my front shocks tend to spin, putting tension on the edfc wires....so much so, that the drivers side damper rod spun 3 revolutions wrapping the wire around the rod itself
-- i've spoken to TEIN about it, and they are not 100% sure why it happens, they've seen the problem before on other cars (notably the 350z) and have devised a bracket to help keep the rod from spinning, and they have offered to make up a bracket for me as well
-- we did confirm that the installation was correctly done, and that nothing is loose - they in fact called the shop that did the installation to go over how it was done (nice gesture on TEIN for doing that for me)
-- just wondering if anyone has had this issue ?
