Hmm, not in an S, but I got a ride height lift in my integra after installing OEM suspension. After correctly preloading the bushings, ride height came back down to normal. Maybe the same is happening with these coilovers? If you tightened down the suspension while the car was in the air, that could be your problem. Good luck.
