Don't know what to tell you. My 70mm TP does not have the tabs and has two O2 bungs.
You get a first gen TP?

I've just installed a Buddy Club Spec IV exhaust and am currently deciding which TP to fit. The inner diameter of the catback pipe is 65mm, would a 70mm TP be the best option?

The berk TP's CEL fix should be all you need, however, I have seen many posts from people saying they eventually got a CEL whereas I haven't seen anyone who used the Anti foulers throw a CEL. I've only heard great things about the Berk TP though so who knows. Just something to think about.

A test pipe is a test pipe. Not one is better than another except some come with the 02 fix.

Wrong. Some are made better then others, just like any other part.
