It makes a difference, I felt it, only a small difference but you will feel it. It also makes the stock exhaust sound a little raspier.

Argh ... if you install a 70mm test pipe with the stock exhaust, it will make gains over the OEM catalytic converter. However, the exhaust won't sound as good, and the gains won't be as large as a 60mm test pipe (like this one). Basically, don't make more diameter changes than necessary.
