Default Which Test pipe is best

Im about to get the ricks headers next month and i have an single apexi n1 catback and sum test pipe i bought from ebay. im debating on to where to switch to 70mm test pipe or stay with the 60mm so is it good to have a 70mm test pipe with a 60mm exaust or dump the exaust and get all 70mm or vice versa and get a 60mm test pipe and keep the exaust??? im also gonna get a VAFC II controller soon also any advice would help especially if someone did this already thanx!!

If you have a 60mm exhaust then you should get a 60mm TP. If you get 70mm TP working with 60mm exhaust, there will be a lot of exhaust turbulance to cause dreasement in power.

i kinda figured that but wasnt sure thanks alot though it clears most of the fog out now, another question is do all headers come in the same size going out or is it different since like you say if i use a 60mm pipe all the way and have a70mm header how does that work

I don't think any header on the market has a 70mm out most are around 60 or 63mm. It doesn't hurt to much going from small to big but from big to small your bottle necking. Ideally you want all the same size though.
