Hey guys i have an 06 with a Invidia 70mm test pipe and the rest of the car is stock. i had it on for about 700 miles and the CEL for the o2 come on when i drive low speed at low rpms. what can i do to fix this?

 

Have you put the non-foulers on there? If not get two and do that...

But that still might not fix your issues. I have a MY06 and throw a CEL with my Test pipe and non-foulers...

Its just because MY06+ have a more sensitive ECU / 02 sensor.

 

what are non-foulers? the only thing that i know it has is the hole where the O2 Sensor goes and if you look inside of it you see a the like a small pipe where the sensor goes have a the wool around it

get non foulers...use them both with a screen/mesh in between the foulers and you shouldnt have a problem. sometimes foulers will still give you a cel. but with the mesh it wont.

i have the 70mm invidia tp. got my first and only cel after 40miles. added a ebay one piece external fix stuffed with steelwool and no cel after ~9mos/6k miles later...

 

200 miles with T1R 70mm testpipe on an 08. CEL came on.

EDIT: had 2 defoulders

 

I've been lagging on this since cel doesn't bother me much but I'm just going to add a resistor into the signal wire of the 02 lets see if that tricks the ecu. I'll try it and report back.
