Post Test Pipes confuse the

Okay so I did a search but still haven't found my answer so many pages of test pipe stuff.
Anyways okay so I got a Skunk2 Megapower dual exhaust. I recently was rushed into moving to Alabama due to business and stuff. Found out there are no smog laws here! (One thing good about Alabama, just ONE) Anyways, so I decided I want a test pipe since I was too scared to have one back in Cali. But the sizing confuses me? 60-63mm or 70mm or some crap is all I came up with is there a certain size to the TP that will fit my Skunk2 exhaust? What matches up good with the Skunk2? Also I was looking to get a TP with a Cel fix. I heard somewhere that TP's lower the sound of exhausts or mellows it out or something, thats what interests me since Skunk2 is way too loud. If tp's make the car louder let me know since I don't want my car any louder than it is. But yeah if someone can match up the criteria and suggest me the perfect TP let me know. Thanks!

Um, sorry to hijack... how do you find the noise of that pipe on highways?

BTW, I'm pretty sure test pipe will make it louder, period.

I just did a test pipe on my car. It is louder to the car behind you, but inside the car is much less drony and loud.

By the way, we all missed ya last night down in Montgomery. You should've come out even though your S is'nt here yet.

How did you not find the answer? Just get a test pipe that is the same inside diameter as your exhaust. Thats all that matters with a test pipe. They are as simple an item as could be.

Hmm so since the Skun2 I think is 70mm? I get a 70mm TP?

Oh yeah haha I can't really get out of the house I'm too young to get a rental car. The age is 25 or older to rent a car. Haha -_- it sucks plus I'd hate to show up with a rental prius because thats what my dad drove for a week before he left to Cali a week ago.

Yes if the Skunk 2 exhaust is 70mm then get a 70mm test pipe.
