Default time for a new suspension?

how many kms before your first suspension change? 60k+ km for me and when i turn hard (full throttle)) the back of the car rolls to much, maybe its time for a coilover upgrade?

never a bad choice when you decide to get coilovers. Just make sure you get a nice reputable set. Lol, do you have any specific coilovers in mind? By roll, I asume you are talking about body roll, have you thought about sway bars? They might help.
