Thumbs up tinted side markers.

Im trying to find a place that sells tinted side markers for my car. I searched but every thread ended up having the same two dead links... I saw the clear markers on Ricks website, but i would rather not buy clear ones just to tint them.

any help is appreciated.

i'd guess you'd have to spray 'em yourself...

Just do them yourself. I did mine with just black spray paint. Just do one really really light coat and one clear coat. At night you can still see the light through it fairly good if you do a light enough coat.

not to get flamed but.... E-bay has some and they seem pretty cheap. I thought about this cause I wanted smoked clear ones as well and couldn't find them. but for the price I'm thinking I'll buy the cheap ones and spend the time to make sure they're all sealed up and do whatever mods need to be done to ensure they don't fill with water.

Lest I find another option I think I'm doing this.

i have no problem spending 20-30 bucks on some ebay cheapies if they work. Or even just to test them but i cant even find them on ebay.

I have night shade from when i did my reflectors on the headlights of my TT I just dont like to do the spray paint things. I will just keep looking.

thank you.

That was the first set I came across after a quick search. I've seen several sets there tho. Think I might try them out as well in the next week or so. Good luck on your modding.

Doesn't Ricks have the smoked side markers? Or is that not what you wanted?
I have the smoked side markers and they look great! Much better than the clear sidemarkers!
