is this trade worth it
im in the process of trying to sell my vis mugen style cf top, a little history on it is well there is no history lol, i bought it and it sat in my spare bedroom since then so now im selling it. theres a guy whos seriously interested but doesnt have what i am asking for so he wants to trade me his SOS supercharger setup intercooled with a novi 1500 that needs a rebuild which hes going to pay for. so im in a little stalemate here because i dream about boost although i LOOOVE N/A. but i also dream about seeing some more money in my bank account.
the setup doesnt come with any engine/fuel management or the fuel pump.
what do you guys think? yei or nei??
any honest advice is appreciated

There are two ways this trade would be make sence.
1: you were gonna use the money from the sale of the HT to buy a supercharger setup
2: you have an immediate turn around sale for the supercharger kit that will net more money than the sale of the HT

funds would prolly go for an oem top or n/a goodies and pocket the change, but i was thinking the same exact thing but in this day and age its gonna be hard to pull that off
I would do that trade in a heartbeat. A 1500 sos kit probably costs around 6k new. I know that top didn't cost anywhere near that. SOS kits sell like hotcakes too so it won't be hard to get your money back. Plus its easy and cheap to ship the supercharger, not so with a hardtop. Which will make your available buyers multiply 100 fold. Do the trade. You'd be crazy not too. Besides when they get the replica oem tops going, a used mugen will be worthless.
