Default Tranny & Diff fluids (sigh)

Hi everyone,
Another newbie thread about tranny and diff fluids, sorry..

I've been looking around in the forums for a couple days now, and people are using alot of different fluids.
So therefore i'm asking, are these fluids okay or am I completely wrong?

Not driving on tracks but still, I want quality.

Transmission:
Amsoil Synchromesh MTF(?) - http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-1051-ams...fluid-mtf.aspx
or
Honda MTF
or
Redline MT90 75W-90 - http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-1020-red...5w-90-gl4.aspx

Differential:
Amsoil 75w-110 http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-60091-am...w-110-svt.aspx
or
Amsoil 75w-140 http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-1055-ams...w-140-svo.aspx
or
Redline 75W-90 GL5 http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-1016-red...5w-90-gl5.aspx

Weather here is between 15-30C (60-85F)

Thanks alot!

I recently switched from the Honda MTF to the Amsoil MTF and could not be happier!

I'm also running the Amsoil 75w-140 in the Diff.

Hi Scott,
Thanks alot for your answer!

Alright sounds good, I think I'll stick to that as well.

Btw, Amsoil MTF - is it the correct product that I've linked above? (5W-30)
I was so confused about the visconcity difference between the Amsoil MTF and the Redline MT90.

Yes, the Amsoil MTF is 5W-30. I was having first gear pop-out issues in my car with the Honda MTF...I switched to the Amsoil and have not had one single issue, Amsoil FTW!
