So i just got on my new TS hood and just as i was going to close it wen i noticed that my fipk was in the way!! WAT THE HELL!! Ive researched everything on this hood and NO ONE ever said ANYHTING about it not fitting with the fipk...wat the fuk am i going to do now??!

it the top of the fipk...where the rubber stripping is...like another 2 inches needs to be cut off...idk man im pissed

 

Just pull off the rubber on the top of the box.. trim the metal box with a rotary cutting tool or w/e u got 2 inches down and put the rubber piece back on.. u gotta modify with aftermarket pieces sometimes..

Or if u want to go crazy like i did.. tin foil the metal box and make ur own fiberglass fipk box but in your case dont make it as high and only fiberglass where you see fit

 

cut a hole in the hood and make a ram air scoop!
