My experience with:

Well last week I ordered the Tein HoodDampers from TunerSports and I was a little weary about the company since they do not advertise a call number for customer service. I proceeded with my checkout anyway and hoped for the best. Shortly after my order I get the typical order confirmation and later received my Tein Hooddampers in the mail. I rushed home from work and began the installation, I had everything installed, I proceed to close the hood and heard cracking noises. I then took my dampers off and pushed them against the carpet to not scratch anything, and they would barely close when using nearly all my weight(180lbs).

I emailed Tunersports and within 10min I had a response from an incredible guy over there named Dustin telling me to ship them to Tein West to have them inspect them, without mentioning who would pay for shipping. I call Tein because I felt as if Tein should be responsible for the shipping since they sold TunerSports then me damaged goods. The gentlemen at Tein claims its company policy and they NEVER pay for shipping costs and he even put me hold to ask his manager to confirm this for the circumstances.

I then emailed Dustin@ Tunersports backforth and he offered to refund me for my shipping and waive all the fees. We then agreed to get me the NRG Hooddampers which will be sent out to me soon.

This is my big thanks to Tunersports for incredible customer service and Dustin for his quick and personal responses. I will definitely be doing business with these guys again. __________________________________________________ _________________
