Is the unpainted plastic part of an AP1 removable?

Is the unpainted plastic part of an AP1 removable?

I honestly have no idea how it even got scratched in the first place, but it's bugging me pretty bad. Does anybody know if this part can be removed from the bumper itself?

Has anybody wrapped this in CF?

It can't be removed, but there are companies that make carbon fiber covers
