Hey guys, how can I tell between an authentic Veilside spoiler compared to a replica?

I have done a search and the only difference I could find is that the replica has pre-drilled holes for bolts and the authentic spoiler does not (because it is taped on).

Are there any other markings to make sure it's an authentic piece and not a knock-off?

Theres a Veilside medallion on the underside of the spoiler in the center.
