What would be the ideal VTEC crossover RPM for a setup like this:
Vortech V2 Supercharger with 4.5" pulley
550cc injectors
stock everything else.

I don't want to go through the VTEC - No VTEC run and then see the intersection point.

 

It should be anywhere between 3500-4000rpm. Mine makes the most of the power transition at 3500. Unless your still running a cat, then your likely still in the 5000rpm range.

 

Mine is set at 3800 and was the sweet spot on my car. I have the vortech kit and a test pipe/ exhaust. Like said above if you have the stock cat then it will be much higher up.
