Ditto on the TWM knobs, they come in a variety of shapes, finishes and either stainless steel or aluminum. On the OEM shifter though, I don't think you'll do better than the Voodoo for the money, but I'm partial to lighter knobs. On the heavier side, Skunk2 is also a good bet.
