Default What is this called?

What is the part and part number that is circled in red?

Apparently, it is bended and is causing a lot of squeaks over bumps and while turning.

Splash guard/heat shield...whatever you wanna call it, some people remove it altogether (but not good in a rain).

Just bend it back!!!

Yes it did, but I end up buying a new set.

I held the shield while my buddy turn the wheel, the squeak disappeared.
