Thumbs up what fender flare extensions are these?

All the fender flares i have ever seen do not have extension onto the bumber. I am planning on possibly doing fender flares on rear, but only if i have them extended onto the rear bumper. Do you have to buy this bumper because they are built in, if so what rear bumper is it. I have searched many aftermarket sites and cannot find these anywhere.

p.s- car is nasty

It's actually a J's rear bumper.

As for the extensions, some people have had them riveted on and then filled smooth with the rest of the extension.

I had my extensions molded to the rear bumper. Any good bodyshop should be able to do this.
