I honestly do not think you can anymore. I havent seen this bumper for sale in years.
I would look around the second hand market.

 

I haven't seen a used one well ever. At least not in the 8 or so years on these forums. I think the world just forgot that it exists (existed?). I ordered mine though Gotuning 4ish years ago? You can PM them and see if they are able to get one for you. I think I waited 5 months maybe longer to actually receive it as they are made to order and Top Secret was busy doing various time attacks and what not.

 

I know the rear diffuser can still be bought. Bulletproof Automotive is Top Secret USA, I would contact them about ordering anything from this brand.

 

When I bought mine I did check with Bulletproof and they were quite a bit pricier than having Gotuning purchase from Top Secret Japan and get the bumper to me. Not sure if that is still an option but it saved me several hundred dollars.

 

Jesse Streeter is also an option.
