Talking what glue to use for side emblems?

I don't want to buy a pair of black side emblems, so I'll just take them off, sand them and spray paint them flat black, and reglue them back on.

what kind of glue do you guys recommend that I should use to glue them back on?

3m makes a Glue, its a clear adhesive made to put emblems back on. You can find to your local Auto Parts Store.

Don't use a glue - its a huge mess if you ever want to take them off again! Use the 3M tape - its grey double sided with red backing on one side.

Ya I went with red tapes and they work alright, but there will be little gaps from the thick tapes if you look at it from the top. Now i just need to tint the sidemarkers black

dont tint the sidemarkers, just order the smoked ones, in my opinion, when you try and tint something that is orange, it comes out looking like shit.
