What lip is this and if i remove it will it leave holes?

 

Apr/style lip, holes are at the bottom

 

so will it leave visable holes in my bumper?

 

I agree with George.

There wont be any holes in the actual bumper except maybe in the inner fender wells, which isn't a big deal. It should be bolted to the bottom, and will probably have double stick tape along the top of the lip.

 

also a 79% chance it has been rubbing on the bumper and wore the paint off.

 

I like how its like 79% whats wrong with 80% hahah
