are you asking how many turns to get it loose or how many turns do you lose due to it being sort of a spacer? ill try to answer both questions for you.

i guess the amount of turns to get it loose depends on your lug nuts, wheel studs, and torque setting... i havent counted how many times i have to turn the lug wrench to get a lug nut off.

im not sure how many threads would be lost, not many im assuming as inside it tapers to the 60* tip, so you really arent spacing it too much. if i had to guess i would say you would maybe lose 1/8th of a turn.
