I feel stupid I think they start with a “t” but I’m forgetting what these are called...

Side strakes.

New ones are still available for around $350.

Really crappy imitations are available on ebay for about $75. I won't call them reproductions, because they are a different design, and have no real provision for mounting. They're hollow inside, so you'd need to either fab and glue a bracket, that you could then double sided tape, or use a big wad of tape or something.
