What are these taillights?

I was scrolling through and saw this car and never saw these kind of taillights on an s2000 before. Could be some cheap eBay stuff or maybe some custom job. Look similar to the style of 02-03 WRX headlights or NSX to replace the pop-up headlights. Any info on them would be cool. Thanks.

Looks like AP2 tails with the covers removed.

Sam is correct, those are ap2 tailights with the lenses removed.
