Default where does this nut belong?

so i just got my clutch replaced with a cc stg 2 and lightweight flywheel. so i was driving around and i heard something hit the bottom of the car and went flying off the back. anyways here is the pic. hopefully someone will know where it goes or what it is for so i can go back to the tranny shop tommorow. also there seems to be a deep rattle when turning. my steering also feels harder than before. Thanks!

Damn looks like one of the engine crossmember bolts. As long as it is. hell it may be one of the bellhousing bolts. Looking at it's size more I would say one of the what, 8 bolts attaching the transmission to the block. Take it back to the installer of your clutch and be PISSED.

thanks for the replies guys..it was a nut from the crossmember...the guy was apologizing and all that...they checked and tightend all the nuts again. it was from the right side. which explains why it made a horrible noise while turning right.
