Default who has the inlinepro diff kit!? i need some info

im in the process of installing an r200 differential in my s2000. i have a r33 skyline gts diff. similar to the r200 out of the 300zx but it has 6 bolt output shafts that bolt up to s2000 axles and local shop fabbing my driveshaft. i was going to do the kit using steel for the mounts. but i love the aluminum that inline uses.. so i was wondering if anyone knew the measurmeants on the rear inlinepro mount.. if so please let me know so i can have this cut to the right size. it basically is just a 6061 aluminum block.. looks to be ablout 2in thick and maybe a foot wide.. not exactly sure can someone answer this? also i will make a thread on how everything was done so other people can do it.. total for all will be under $1000. thank you also i know i can just buy the kit, but its way to over priced for me and id rather build my own.

also one of the biggest reasons i used the skyline r33 gts-25t differential is because it has an option thats called active lsd which replaced the viscous lsd.. the active lsd is much better, it locked the rear differential if it detected that traction was lost by one of the wheels. also the final drive is 4.11 and it has the 6 bolt output shafts and oem s2000 axles bolt right up. thats my reasoning in choosing the r33 skyline diff which can be found on 1993-1998

Sounds interesting, where does one get a R33 skyline diff?

Anyway I was going to do the r200 swap awhile back. I designed brackets and such but I found out that most of the cost is actually in the axles. I gave up when I couldnt find someone to make my conversion star gears for my swap. If the R33 does bolt up it may work, the only problem is that the r200 is wider so you may have to cut the axles down abit.

Here is the brackets I designed

This is the R200 and the s2k diff overlayed. the red is the s2k diff, the blue is the r200

wow thats awesome and helps a lot. and also gotta remember what do people do when they lower there s2000? they put axle spacers in. well being a little wider is fine cause that just acts as a spacer almost. but this will help me alot. thanks for the great info... i love cad and use to make stuff all the time. i went through 4 years in high school making stuff on cad and actually had a printing machine that made parts but in plastic. but thanks again

for anyone interested, i will be going home this weekend finally! ill only be home for long enough to take pictures to compare everything between the 2 diffs. thanks to the army i only get to go home every once in awhile where my car is. but i will take a bunch of pictures. i plan doing this as soon as i can just when im home long enough to do everything right. anyways here are pics of my complete r33 skyline rear.

when i first picked it up in the back of the raptor

dropped it out of the truck and unrapped it

another pic

we will see how this goes. hope for the best. i hope i can make this easy for the s2000 world to be able to put a better diff in there s2000 without all the headaches and dropping thousands into it.
