I have seen carbon tops painted and leave the side triangles carbon, Where most people paint that section black on the FRP's

it's yellow/green because it's FADED. I'd assume a cheap chinese knock off aka VIS or SEIBON.

The carbon fiber found on the Porsche Carrera Gt has been known to yellow.
