Default Window Auto Down Adjustment

One thing I found annoying was that the windows were always rolled down to the bottom when raising or lifting the roof. I know the windows should not be in contact when adjusting the roof, but its a small pain for it to lower all the way down just when I have to roll them back up in both instances afterwards.

Anybody think we can make some electronic modification so that the windows only lower 2 inches and stop when adjusting the roof?

I guess i should clarify that I prefer to keep my windows up when the top is down as it significantly reduces wind noise. So every time I take my top down, I have to roll up the top. Every time I put my top back up for storage, I have to roll my windows back up again. Would be simpler if it only rolled down 2 inches instead of all the way.

I'm guessing it has to be possible somehow with the right modifications.

I find this annoying too, especially when putting top up. My S is DD, so when I'm running errands I put top up for security when I pop into a store, etc. Have to put top up, then put windows back up, etc (I also run windows up, top down when its cold). Time consumming.

I know, first world problems, right?

Yea I noticed this too. I thought it would be beneficial for them to only roll down part way but I never thought there was a way to easily change that.
