Default the wonderful S2 diff

just wondering what you need to keep your diff from taking a crap when you add power. do i need more than just a final drive set and an upgraded lsd or is there more to it. any knowledge would be appreciated.

Here is a good place to start. Scroll down a bit to the Diff section, and you can see all the things that can be done to make the stock diff stronger.

I run one myself with Comptech S/C at 11 psi. Very solid diff.

upgrade the diff, and the tranny/axles become next weakest link.

its w/e, everything breaks, I broke my stock AP2 diff with just simple boltons and 255s in the back... unless you do the R200 kit or buy puddymods diff, you might as well just do a rebuild when it goes and get everything cryotreated/heat cycled.

agree, you can break the diff by rolling stock 225 rear tires, it's about how you treat it.

break traction of drive train seems to when launching the car
