They have them on YouTube look them up with videos of 2 different cars. 5 to 6 hp and at the top 15hp.

Can anyone who knows about cams chime in and explain why the profile of the ballade cams is so low compared to the oem ones? It has to be balanced out when adjusting valves..adjustment bolts need to be turned down all the way...why is this? Isnt that strange? Left is oem right is ballade intake cam.

Are they reground stock cams? My guess is that if you want to increase total lift with a regrind, you will have to grind the non-lifting side down to achieve the larger height differential on the lobe that's needed to achieve that.

That was my initial thought as well. Thought also that they were reworked oem cams but they claim it's not the case. I haven't seen any other cam manufacturer doing this. Could this have any negative effect?

You could contact CCW they make the camshafts for Ballade sports and ask ! They used to sell them under the CCW name then Ballade sports got them to make them for them only to sell and relabeled them as Ballade sports drop in cams. I'M sure they will be will to help worth a try. PLEASE share your findings!

I will be installing these cams on my car today. I have spoken to a few guys that are running them, and they seem to be happy with it. Will give you guys some feedback later in the day.

When i installed them on my F22c with Toda Springs they ran fine but there was a definitve whine from the engine that was not there before. Put oem cams back. Whine was gone. Not sure what could cause this regarding the cams.

Maybe the way they are designed causes more stress if you have harder springs.

Can anyone confirm that the AP2 exhaust cam has actually more lift than the ballade one?
