Default Engine Build- input needed

Hey guys,

I've been lerking the forum for some time now. I'm about to start my engine build and wanted some input on a couple things. I'm building a all motor S2000 and curious if you all agree with all the parts I plan to go with or if I should use something different. I'm keeping the car a 2.0L and would like to rev to 9500RPMs.

Parts-

Head-
endyn full port package
BC stage 2 cams
supertech springs/retainers
supertech valves

intake-
science of speed throttle body
RC injectors 550 with install kit
gasket port matched the stock intake
K&N FIPK

clutch-
science of speed clutch
science of speed throw out
science of speed flywheel 8.5

bottom end-
Carrillo A-Pro rods
Mahle FMR pistons

exhaust-
Toda torque verson
T1R 70mm
high flow cat 70mm

tuning-
Haltech plug and play unit

What kind of power should I expect out of a build like this?

230-240whp. If ur not bumping displacement or compression don't expect much power increase.

I would say 230-240 as well, depending on the dyno. Have a motor you are able to build up? Tracking? Sounds really cool

Personally I wouldnt waste my time with a NA build unless it's stroked. 230-240 whp can be touched without touching the block...My question for you is, how much power do YOU want from an NA build? Also the intake you have listed is good but there are better ones out(if you want power NA you'll definitely need ITB's) Good luck

Go with a 70mm throttle body and port match your intake manifold. I just did that with mine, then a few weeks later I added BC stage 2 cams. Love this set up! Now I just need to get tuned. I first had a K&N intake, then I upgraded to a J's Racing intake. Huge difference!!!! The throttle response especially while driving was awesome because of the ram effect it gets because of the ducting. If you have any questions PM ME.

Also have you looked into Inline pro's 2.4L stroker kit with OEM pistons? They emailed me a graph and it looks pretty nasty!

If anyone from Inline Pro wants me take this down, let me know. Didn't ask for supporting mods, so not too sure on there set up minus the 2.4L stroker kit.

Heck of a build for all motor. Get more power out of a turbo kit on stock block.

I had a SOS kit at 6lbs of boost. It had enough torque for me. Made DD nice, and autocrossing it was too much fun. I wasnt used to the torque. ME=Sidedways lol.
