Default f24 injectors suggestions

My build is well underway, and I just purchased an ems (for the price I had assumed in my other thread that was closed and called delusional in), last thing left to purchase is injectors. I believe RDX injectors were suggested. What CC am I looking for? and do I need clips, adapters, or spacers? Thank you.

RDX units will suffice. However, may as well just go for ID 725's, as the final cost won't be much different.

You can get the RDX injectors and necessary adapters here: http://www.xenocron.com/injectors-c-30_98.html

rdx injectors will be good for about 240whp.

this is not the best injectors choice. I recommnd for you ID725 or ID1000

ID1000 are the same price, and idle the same

What is the opinion on deatschwerks injectors? They are fairly common in other communities, but I don't see them mentioned much on this forum.

Stick to ID. DW injectors don't have as good of a reputation, however I've never tried them first hand. My ID725's idle amazingly well... I'd say as good as or better than stock. I'm using them on an n/a application, without any issues.

After speaking with some well known tuners, seems the rdx's are fine for this power level (about 250whp) and the DW have a pretty great rep. I think I will go with the DW, seems many on this form have made good power with the 600cc. I don't ever plan on going over 260ish whp with this set up, feel pretty comfortable at that level. All goes to plan I'll be picking up the f24c s2k from my buddy (shipped it to him in the bay area) and taking it over to one of the well known sacramento tuners (thank god for AAA 100 mile towing). Guess I'll really find out how well it runs on my 400 mile ride back home.

The duty cycle on stock injectors is already into the 90's on a 2.2, tuned, and with the right bolt on's.

WRX/STi dark blue injectors will fit in. Same brand and body, but does not require turning down the upper plastic. They are also a good bit larger at 565cc. They can be had for about $150. I am running them on OEM seals and PnP clips with E85.

I have a buddy with a good, low mileage set he's looking to get rid of.

I'm not a fan of DW... I've had too many fail on me and customer cars.

I will purchase your friends injectors. Email me at mfel24@gmail.com. I tried to PM you but it says you are not excepting new messages.

And what do you mean by same brand and body? and where would I get the PnP clips, or does your friend have them>
