Default J's Racing Header Install

ill be installing my j's header this weekend. Ive never done a header install on an s2000 yet. i will be using a lift for the install. does anyone have any tips for me? Is it easier to put this header in from the bottom or from the top.. Ive read so many mixed comments on this. Im guessing it will be easier from the bottom without taking the motor mount loose. Anyways any info anyone can give me or has done a js header install i would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks

bottom is the way to go

with a lift it will be a LOT easier, put the header at a very steep angle with the exit of the header almost pointing at the ground then slide the head flange past the motor mount

If I can do it on jack stand, you can do it on a lift lol

took the cat and facgtory header off tonight.. the hardest part was getting to the back bolt for the heat shield. took a bit to get the bolt loose to pull out the shield.. then trying to get the 2nd to last nut on the bottom side of the header.. Other then that everything came off easy.. header and test pipe should be here tomorrow.
