JDM password Intake installation
Hi guys, I recently bought new JDM password intake from US. I noticed , this intake can not installed with making a hole in big chamber of the intake because, when I try to bolted on the chamber to the chassis body, chamber hit with a bolt that attaching a fan shroud of the radiator.
My radiatior is unknown aftermarket radiator. It quite bigger coolant capacity comparing to OEM.
If I fit the OEM radiator. All good to go without any making a hole. But I prefer to go with bigger coolant capacity radiator like Koyo.
Anyone done JDM password intake with Koyo radiator? Or any other radiator could be installed without any drill work on the intake???
Any suggestion guys??

How thick is the current radiator? If there is only a little clearance needed, you could buy a new Koyo. The newer Koyo radiators are slimmer than the older ones. They are a middle size between oem thickness and traditional aluminum radiators. Now you can get the benefits without the excessive bulk.
