Default No Spark? Help?

I have a 2002 s2000 that i just recently added a stroker kit to and for some reason I am not receiving any spark through any of my coil packs. This is my first attempt at start-up and I have tried everything i can think of. I have checked all the fuses and relays, removed coil pack and reinstalled, changed spark plugs, and checked all grounds. Is there anything else significant that anyone can think of that would be causing this issue? The engine will turn over just fine, it just doesn't fire. I also broke my Crank Positioning sensor when re-installing the engine, it wasn't completely destroyed so we decided to see if it was reusable, would that have anything to do with the issue? Is there something in particular that i could have missed or overlooked both now or when putting the engine back in?

Thanks

Did you attach the ground strap on the back of the engine?

The ground kermdaddy is referring to is the G101 if you need to locate it in the manual. it is located on the back of the head.

A broken CPS wont cause the engine not to fire. The stock ecu does not ensure a that the CPS and the cam position sensor are aligned when starting the motor. It syncs the two when the engine is already running and will throw a code if the sync fails.

I found this out when i did have a broken CPS and my AEM EMS that does sync did not want to start the car while the OEM ecu did.

also, a quick way to see if the G101 is not grounded is to connect a OBD2 scanner(you will find that the G101 is very hard to get to). If the engine starts with the OBD2 scanner then it is def the G101. The OBD2 plug has it own ground and when an OBD2 scanner is connected it will ground the engine harness.
