Some sources have said the Tanabe Super Medallion Hyper (SMH) exhaust was discontinued. I certainly don't see any on eBay any more. A few of the tuner websites have them for sale, though I wonder if they're even in stock.

Anyone have any good sources on this part? I've seen about $660 shipped at the best.

 

x2. i actually PM'd evasive about this exhaust yesterday and they told me they didnt have it anymore and that it was discontinued.

i would pick one up right now if a shop has one.

 

There are some shops online that still show it, but I don't know if they actually have them in-stock. Grrr....

 

Contact Tanabe, they may know if any dealer has one laying around. It's a great system for the S, top notch build quality and an aggressive but smooth sound.

These all came from a quick google search... I guess google is like s2ki's search... no one uses it.

 

just because their up there doesnt mean they actually carry them. theres about 5 places that supposedly have it up for sale and so far ive called one and PM'd another only to find out that they no longer carry it/its discontinued.

best bet is to call each one directly and see what they say.

 

just to update anyone that is interested in this exhaust.

i finally got a chance to contact tanabe and they confirmed that this exhaust system has been discontinued. they told me that there might still be a few places that have them and the best bet is to call different shops. ive called about 6 or so and none of them have it so i have a feeling it will be difficult to find one.
