Default Throttle response

So I have an 06 and its my first rear wheel drive car and first drive by wire I'm really new to the s2000 I've wanted one for years finally got one and the response seems a little sluggish in comparison to my 2.0 liter b16 eg now I realize the eg was built ect but is this something I can fix or do I just need to adapt

Flash the ECU or get an aftermarket one.

If assuming it is all stock, i would get a 60mm test pipe and get flashpro and get a ETUNE by gernby and BAM its a world of difference trust me! I wish i had DBW so i can just do that. But you will love it promise.

I'll do an eTune for you for $99. With a TP and tune, it will be a totally different car.

Can you eTune an AEM EMS? I do want to get a full dyno tune when I get cams but if I can do an eTune for simple intake exhaust tune that would be great.

Start with adding a TP first and see if it opens up the throttle response for you. Low cost around $300 or less for a quality piece. If happy stop there.

Ultimately FlashPro with TP or HFC would be the way to go with your 06 DBW. From there you can adjust the throttle position as well in your tune and get the response you want. Cost around 1000-1200 with a pro tune with parts on Dyno.
