Understood. Again we can offer just the mid pipe and you can fab the axle back, it's shouldn't be that expensive to fab as its a muffler, one pipe and 2 hangers.

I forget and dont want to search, but does the dual hang higher than the single at the connection point??

It shouldn't, they were made off the same jig at T1R. Always small difference between units due to human error, but should be close due to the same jig.

Great pictures and the custom exhaust looks great!

Hi Urge, are you going to consider making a quite single version on your exhaust?
Some kind of dual pass muffler or something similar to Gernbys crazy design http://s60.photobucket.com/user/suzu..._3879.jpg.html (how does this even fit?)
I got a T1R 70mm EM single right now and it's a bit to loud on track days (95dB limit), when I'm going ITB's it wont be any better
Flanders, that is a great question. By far the most popular exhaust is the Dual as it is quieter, yet makes a few more hp (less back pressure at high RPM) and it fits the S2000 design/bumper. It only weighs 8 lbs more.
Do you have any dyno-plots or proof that the dual makes more power than the single? Is it really a measurable and certain amount of horsepower gain greater than 1 or 2 hp?

We have done it. Stroker headwork for 99mm engines. 400 CFM with stock sized ports.

[attachment=90764:Stroker Velocity Headwork.jpg]

>20% increase in intake head flow,
Exhaust out flows OEM Intake!! >25% increase in EX flow.

Also our turbo headwork provided a 15% increase in power & 500 RPM faster spool @ same PSI. See our site for details.

Installed my Unicorn header without any fuss on Saturday morning. My car is an '08 with PWJDM intake and Urge/T1R single exhaust. The car sounds incredible, like no other S I've ever heard. The header seems to have moved any sort of drone to behind the drivers cabin and the car is now actually more quiet during low RPM's and cruising highway speeds. The car definitely has some extra punch to it even with just the "stock" map that I'm running on the Flashpro. I'm shooting to have the car tuned on the dyno with Jeff Evans some time in March and I'll post a full thread with numbers once it's done.

Just in case you missed it, I offer discounted eTunes for Gern-Pipe buyers. I've eTuned over 150 S2000's, and did the first tune / test for the URGE Unicorn header and URGE Gern-Pipe.
