Anyone using the 3M clear bra rather than blue tape? I'm new to the track and don't want to spend the cash on 3M if it's a waste.

clear bra on the track is awesome.

 

clear bra's are hella expensive but they do the job. imo clear bra's on white paint sucks cuz it will eventually start fading and turn yellowish.

 

I have it - i still tape my car up for the following reasons:

1. bug guts stain the bra...can take awhile for the stain to wear off

2. tire marks can be permanent if you don't clean it off soon with wax

3. the bra can get foggy if you sandblast it with debris etc etc

I think it's worth it but it's not trouble free like most ppl think it is.
