harness bar is not in the ideal location, it's too high.

IMO, anchoring harnesses to that sheet metal cross beam is a big mistake.

Much, much better to install a bar that has the harness bar in the correct location.

I would throw some washers on the rear bar...don't want the nuts pulling through the brace.

i was thinking of welding a bar from the back plate to the rear mounting plate of the roll bar for additional support.

i have grade 8 washers but i didn't use them because the plate is thick enough and the holes on the plate is the exact size of the bolt. i think the bolt would brake off before it pulls through the plate.

I don't trust that beam period. But I've explained why before. You can search for it if you like.

could you post link, kinda hard to search on a vague topic.
i would think it's strong enough since the factory roll hoops are bolted to it.
