Default 6 point Harness install question

Trying to install my Schroth 6 point belt and running into a issue with the driver side outer lap belt. Im running a PCI seat mount with my Sparco QRT-R and it does not seem like there is anyway to use a eye bolt into the factory belt location which is what i did on my old car. I use to run a harness bracket but its such a tight fit, it might not work.

What has everyone else done for this?

I trimmed my PCI seat base to get the clearance I needed. The grey that you see is primer that I sprayed on it to prevent rust.

I also use a Schroth 6pt with a PCI seat mount and a Sparco (Grid II) seat. Similar enough. I drilled a hole through the floor board behind the seat bracket. I used a pair of large flat metal washers to give it more surface and a larger rubber washer to keep it water tight below the car. I hold it together with a Nylock nut. It's never come loose, but I inspect it when I'm under the car.

For something like this, i like to use a marking pen to do a quick visual if anything moved

Did you just use the eye bolt into the stock seat belt mount?

I didn't use an eye bolt, I used some bolt-in end fittings. I street drive my car, so I use the stock 3 point belt still, so I used a combination of stock hardware with the hardware that the end fitting needs to be safe. I then clip-in my lap belts if I am at the track.
These are the fittings I used: https://www.hmsmotorsport.com/item/b...ware-Harnesses

I don't have a 6-point in mine, but I've used the same hardware in another car.
