Default ABS Issue

Need some help. Last fall while running at Nelson Ledges my left front wheel sheared off the car in the carousel...not pretty...became close friends with the tire wall. Needless to say once I started to get the car ready for this year I knew the ABS system would have issues. i replaced bearings and wheel studs on both front wheels. i intalled new sensors on both wheels and on the right wheel replaced the pulsar assembly which I nicked during disassembly. On the initial read after I put it all back together (before reset) the ABS system threw 8 separate codes. I was able to clear all of them on the rebuild except for one....the right front wheel. That wheel has all new parts on it. So here's my questions...given the new parts does that setup need to be recalibrated by a dealer to be properly read by the ecu? Am I missing something that may be causing the error code? I've checked all connections and I still get a sensor failure code. My car is a track only 2006. I own 3 of these cars and am pretty good at solving problems when they pop up but this one has me stumped. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I'd hate to run without ABS but wouldn't be the first time.

Have you run it up the road as it should reset that way

Yes...ran it for about 6 miles to see if it would reset. I can reset it but it pops back up after driving the car down my driveway.

Let us know if you figure it out. My track car is a crashed one from auction, i have never been able to solve the abs issue. Sensors read resistance on my meter when spinning the wheels, even replaced them anyway. Still the same issue.

Is there any type of reset that you'd need Honda's software for on the 06+ cars? We do know that the ABS on the 06+ is different than the older ones.

You can buy the Honda Diagnostic Software (HDS) on ebay for < $150. I have it and at some point, I can try to plug it into the car and see if any of the programs seem to line up with initializing a new ABS sensor or something. At the very least, you should be able to get detailed information out of the thing about your specific problem.

That would be awesome. I recall reading somewhere that the sensors are set at the factory which made me wonder if that needed to be done because of all new parts. I have Hondata to tune the car...gonna plug that in and see if there are any ABS parameters. Thanks for the help.

I vaguely recall there is a traction control parameter setting in FlashPro which leads me to believe ABS and VSA can be tweaked. Note the words vaguely recall and leads me to believe.
