Default Aerodynamics!

I am planning on running front J's Bumper with canards and am looking for wing to balance the rear.

Looking at the Voltex Type II vs Type III.

I have read in some limited areas that the Type III creates a lot of downforce and drag. Anyone have experience with the Type III??? Any of you switch from the Type III to Type II for those reasons???

Am concerned that a Type III will be too much.

TIA

I've had both the Type II and III. Same thing as J's type I and type II with just different end plates. I did feel a lot of drag with the J's type II (Voltex type III) but my back end was pretty stable. J's type I (Voltex type II) is still good. Are you planning on driving on the street with it as well? I live in SoCal as well and J's type I saves more gas

But overall, I think Voltex type III is better.

P.S. If anyone else has anymore inputs that would be great. I'm not a pro or anything and would still like to learn from someone who knows their stuff.

I actually went a different route and ordered the Type 7 1600. After talking to several people on here, most felt that the Type 3 is too much drag from our cars (low HP) and you need a more efficient wing.
